Corporate Build-To-Suit Program

At LBA, our overriding objective is to fully understand the requirements of the user and to provide the appropriate solutions. We offer a corporate build-to-suit and development program to assist corporate tenants facilitate expansion, relocation or consolidation. Through this program, we can provide build-to suit services that include the acquisition, design coordination and construction of corporate facilities.

Disciplined Development & Re-Development Programs

Our principals have extensive experience in the development and redevelopment of commercial properties. The LBA development activities are focused on industrial properties, corporate build-to-suits and pre-leased office buildings. On behalf of our investment funds, we have completed over 50 redevelopment, renovation, and development projects. These projects range from major building renovations (such as the conversion of a distressed 345,000 square foot Rockwell Industries engineering facility into a quality, multi-tenant office building) to new development projects (including the development of a five-story office building for Pacific Life and Annuity and a two-story office building for Washington Mutual). Development and redevelopment projects are managed through our in-house construction management group.
