Sustainability

At AT&T Center developing a comprehensive sustainability program is a key priority. Our efforts range from GREEN cleaning practices using recycled paper products; an aggressive customer recycling program; indigenous vegetation throughout all common areas using reclaimed water for irrigation; energy audits on all building management systems; EPA Energy Star certification and LEED Gold designation.

These sustainable efforts, large and small, are important to us and to our customers.

PHILOSOPHY

Our “sensible sustainable” commitment on many of the properties owned and managed by LBA is as follows:

• Register and pursue LEED certified designations and EPA Energy Star certification on eligible buildings.
• Provide professional training to our customers and service providers on a regular basis adopting industry training with notable organizations such as BOMA and IREM.
• Adopt “GREEN” cleaning protocol and landscaping specifications with approved LBA service providers.
• Complete “no cost, low cost” best practices audit on all buildings and identify initiatives that add value to the property.
• Establish and maintain waste management and recycling programs in partnership with respective, local municipalities as appropriate.
• Promote customer awareness through our Building Relationships program to determine how our customers can participate in sustainable efforts.

At LBA, our mission is to exceed expectations with unmatched levels of service, attention to detail, value creation and corporate responsibility.
